Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions
Items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

• no makeup/deodorant marks

• all pieces included

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rapidaura.store with your order number.
(We’ll update this with your new UPS return address soon.)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will go back to your original payment method.
Refund times depend on your bank but usually take 3–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you want a different color or size, just email us — we’ll help you switch it if the item is in stock.
